My client is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist who will own day-to-day management of Affiliate advertising programs. This individual will sit on the growth team, with a clear focus on performance, and will collaborate closely with the media team. This position reports to the Chief Brand Officer
Responsibilities and Duties
• Grow the brand's nascent affiliate program to scale with business revenue
• Identify and conduct outreach to publishers, editors, and bloggers who are excited to promote high volumes of
sales of their core products
• Negotiate the best rates for the company that still drive revenue
• Develop long term strategy and tactical recommendations for existing and new products
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to extract actionable insights for ongoing optimization
• Forecast revenue and KPI performance on a monthly basis or as needed
• Define overall process to onboard, monitor, and govern partner onboarding and campaign management
• Facilitate Creative trafficking across affiliate syndication, ensure programs are updated seasonally and on-time
• Ensure proper tracking is in place, working closely with dev teams for pixel implementation and ad serving
Qualifications and Skills
Experience:
○ 1-3+ years of direct affiliate management experience (in-house, agency, network) required.
○ Existing brand and publisher relationships is a must.
○ Experience working with Affiliate Networks (ShareASale, Commission Junction, Rakuten, Impact, etc.)
○ Self-starter, sales driven, with excellent communication skills.
○ Strong reporting and analytical skills.

○ Ability to manage multiple moving pieces
○ Strong time management and prioritization skills
○ Adaptable to new social platforms and advertising technologies

Additional Preferred Experience and Skills:
○ Startup and/or e-commerce experience is a plus
