My clients mission is to make it faster and cheaper to build infrastructure like bridges, roads, schools, and housing. They are leveraging recent breakthroughs in payments technology to build amazing HR and finance software for contractors, helping them bid on more projects, make smarter decisions, and build stronger teams.

As an Account Executive, you’ll join one of the most exciting and challenging teams in the company. Your impact will be felt from day one, and you’ll have the opportunity to accelerate your sales career while building a dynamic team.

  • You’ll target one of the largest sectors of the economy, and you’ll own large, attractive territories from day one - with the opportunity to grow into an established regional leader
  • You’ll flex your creativity. With an established processes and playbooks that work - but still rapidly experimenting and seeking someone who doesn’t want to follow rote tasks
  • You’ll manage inbound leads as well as fine-tune the prospecting process for capturing and closing new business


  • Manage a high-velocity sales process with flawless execution to demo and close new customers
  • Manage inbound leads at every point in the funnel
  • Generate pipeline with thoughtful, deliberate outbound campaigns
  • Maintain impeccable Salesforce hygiene, with smart revenue forecasts
  • Ensure seamless transition with the Customer Experience team for all new customers


  • 2+ years of sales (SDR or AE) experience (bonus if SaaS + HR + Construction)
