Account Executive | eCommerce Start-up | New York

We have a excellent and unique opportunity with a series A funded start-up in New York. The company have an impressive client list which includes eBay, Etsy, Amazon and Groupon. New York is a new area with an office opening up soon which means you will be one of the first hires in NY, offering the opportunity to really establish a base and area within the company. There are already 500k users of their SaaS platform.

Role

  • Strong account management experience
  • Identify new customer opportunities
  • Construct customer and sales engagements
  • Formulate negotiation strategies
  • Close business consistantly on a quarter by quarter basis
  • Deliver propsals and presentations when required to close business
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' directly selling SaaS solutions
  • Experience selling SaaS in eCommerce, or technology in fashion or retail highly desirable
  • Experience tracking activity on Salesforce
  • Extremely motivated, self-starter who is business savvy and understands how to operate in a hyper growth start-up
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Compensation: $80-$100k, OTE $160-$200k
 
This is going to be a role split 50/50 between managing existing accounts and hunting for new business. Initially this position will be on a 'Work From Home' contract.
