  • Aggressively build sales pipeline, qualify opportunities, and close business 
  • Operate effectively in an enterprise sales process, and be a key leader in its adoption and improvement 
  • Work hand in hand with executive team to communicate and deliver value of the company throughout the customer lifecycle 
  • Cultivate and nurture existing customer relationships for strong retention 
  • Employ consultative servicing and selling methods to uncover and close new opportunities 
  • Quarterback the direct sales strategy for your enterprise prospects and accounts, 
  • Identifying key stakeholders, qualifying opportunities and obstacles, and building important relationships



  • 2+ years relevant experience 
  • Experience in the HR tech space as an AE, SDR, HR Specialist or Recruiter 
  • Background selling technology solutions (preferably SaaS) to mid-size and large enterprises 
  • You have 360-degree experience researching, prospecting, pitching, managing and building a pipeline and closing deals. 
  • Strong presentation and closing skills, and ability to structure enterprise deals 
  • Have the ability to master complex technical solutions and effectively simplify and demonstrate via web conference or in-person 
  • Solid experience with CRM Software (Bonus: Salesforce experience)



  • $80,000 Base
  • $160,000 OTE
