My client is one of the worlds largest software platforms helping small businesses operate online. Their amazing technology assists millions of businesses take their brands online. Due to continued growth and expansion they are hiring Account Executives for their Restaurant vertical.

 

As an AE you will:

  • Play a part in helping to expand the footprint as the choice provider in the Restaurant space
  • Evangelize restaurant business owners to bring their stores online via a full-service platform, which includes closing new business deals
  • Consult with restaurant business owners on the benefits of the premium service, assist them with getting their products live on their site, help them get set up with payment processing, and ensure they are set up for successful sales
  • Help restaurant business owners by providing consultation around restaurant solutions and the best strategies for companies building out their online presence, including, advising on payment processing, shipping, fulfillment, and logistics
  • Quickly and confidently maneuver clients through the onboarding process from start to finish
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and customer care teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and be the true voice of the customer
  • Be a part of building one of the fastest-growing team

 

Skills:

  • A dynamic self-starter with 2-4 years’ experience in Sales, Account Management, or Consulting (restaurant knowledge is a plus) 
  • You’re empathetic to the challenges of restaurant owners and are excited by the prospect of speaking to non users and convincing them to bring their business online via the restaurant platform

  • You have exceptional project management, organizational skills and can guide customers through a process from start to finish

Compensation:

  • OTE up to $90k + excellent benefits and stocks
