To do this, they have redesigned payments from the ground up. They make online commerce easy, secure, ethical, and efficient for all parties. To solve such a large problem, they have put together an incredible team and are selectively adding to it.

My client is the future of online commerce. Competitively funded by top VCs, they’re team is comprised of major players from Twitter, Facebook, Google, and more seeking an ambitious and successful Corporate Account Executive who will fuel the growth. This role will rely on your ability to develop deep relationships, create win-win situations, understand product, understand the customer, and sell.   • -Broad knowledge of managing client relationships / account in a tech company environment

    -Strong understanding of the software development life cycle for SaaS delivery model technology

    -Technical skill set to coincide with understanding the Bolt technology offering, specifically being able to manage client requirements by delineating between product bugs vs product enhancements

    -Cross-functional experience communicating and building relationships with internal stakeholders across sales, client success, and engineering functions

    -Strong ability to work with client success & development teams to understand the produce development lifecycle


  • -Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies

    - aggressively guide customers through onboarding process

    -Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services

    -Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts

    -Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by Management

    -Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients

    -Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews

    -Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues

    -Updating the CRM and ensuring account managers are aware of changes within clients

    -Passing leads to the sales team and following up on progress

    -Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively


  • Base Salary: $120k-140k

  • OTE: $230k-260k
