Intelletec has partnered with a Leading Retailer; they are looking for an Acquisition Analytics Manager to support Memberships. Reporting directly to the Director of Acquisition Analytics, you will take a data-driven approach to improve Membership Acquisition efforts, specifically in the digital channel. In this highly visible role, you will collaborate with senior leaders in Enterprise Analytics, Membership/Acquisition as well as Executive Leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Provide analytic support to drive data-driven decision-making and strategy across membership acquisition space
- Be a thought partner in the creation of testing plans for both digital and non-digital channels as well as providing “next level” insights related to the measurement of tests
- Mine data to identify opportunities to acquire the highest-value members more effectively
- Be relentless in the pursuit of value-add insights through the utilization of an “answer first” approach to analytics
- Communicate results in a thoughtful, concise manner via “high-impact” emails and presentations
- Provide ad-hoc membership insight support to other groups inclusive of the C-suite
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
- Graduate/MBA degree preferred
- 8+ years of marketing analytics experience preferably in retail marketing, business insights, or consulting roles
- Expertise with at least one data/analytics programming language (e.g. SQL/SAS/R/Python)
- Working knowledge of visual analytics platforms such as Tableau preferred
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of data and audience segmentation/solutions related to digital marketing
- Advanced understanding of the application of ML/statistics/financial modeling in marketing analytics
- Strong communication skills resulting in the ability to translate complex analyses to non-technical audiences
