As part of the growth team, you will report directly to the chief brand officer and take charge of managing the day-to-day operations of the affiliate advertising programs. As the Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will:
✨ Scale the newly established affiliate program in line with business revenue growth
✨ Forge relationships with publishers, editors, and bloggers to drive high-volume sales of core products
✨ Negotiate favorable rates to maximize revenue while maintaining strong partnerships
✨ Develop long-term strategies and tactical recommendations for existing and new products
✨ Analyze data to extract valuable insights for ongoing optimization
✨ Forecast revenue and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly
✨ Establish streamlined processes for partner onboarding and campaign management
✨ Ensure seamless creative trafficking and timely updates across affiliate syndication
✨ Collaborate with development teams to implement proper tracking solutions
Skills and Qualifications:
✔️ 2+ years of direct affiliate management experience (in-house, agency, network)
✔️ Strong existing brand and publisher relationships
✔️ Proficiency with Affiliate Networks (ShareASale, Commission Junction, Rakuten, Impact, etc.)
✔️ Sales-driven mindset with exceptional communication skills
✔️ Excellent reporting and analytical abilities
✔️ Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for mentorship
✔️ Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
✔️ Startup and/or e-commerce experience is a plus
