This company is the world’s largest website building tool for local businesses as well as design and marketing professionals.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own the overall team performance and pacing towards all monthly and quarterly goals

  • Execute training programs that focus on furthering professional development and performance

  • Participate in the screening and hiring of new Agency Relations candidates

  • Report periodically on data, activity and performance of team

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with web design agencies

  • Manage onboarding projects for newly added agencies

  • Identify growth opportunities for current agencies

  • Be the liaison between agencies and other departments such as support, marketing and product

Qualification:

  • A BA/BS graduate from a 4-year university

  • 5+ years experience in sales or account management

  • 2+ years of sales or business development management experience

  • You have experience working with agencies or digital marketing companies

  • Experience maintaining relationships with agencies

 

Compensation:

  • Base: $80,000

  • OTE: $100,000
