A global fund with Renewables Assets across the US seeks an analyst to join its Asset Management team in New York. This role falls within the loans group, which primarily invests in private credit-related opportunities. The analyst will have broad exposure to all investment types and jurisdictions; they’ll also enjoy a collegial and inclusive working environment, the chance to collaborate with a truly innovative team in the investment management sector, and substantial growth opportunities.
The analyst will work on the asset management team—alongside our sourcing and underwriting teams—and will focus on portfolio performance; they’ll also liaise with our external partners through the facilitation of and participation in asset management meetings and advisory calls. Additional responsibilities will include loan workout scenario analysis; internal asset valuations and cash flow projections; onboarding new investments; managing sale processes, and harmonizing investment workflow with our technology infrastructure. Some of the work will initially be Europe-focused and focused int the US and may involve some travel (as and when that becomes practical).
Candidates should have at least one to three years of experience in finance or consulting and a bachelor's degree or equivalent. They should be commercially minded, have an excellent understanding of financial modeling, and possess exceptional data analysis and presentation skills.
