Brand Director


My client is a is a Los Angeles-based health & wellness brand built on the idea that small acts of self-care produce positive outcomes. They have a highly succesful Women's supplement line that is gaining traction in the market!

Brand Director Role:
As the Brand Director, you’ll bring that promise to life by designing fun, engaging, and taboo-breaking marketing campaigns that get people excited about wellness. They are seeking a strategically strong, conceptual Brand Director to lead multi-platform marketing campaigns and create content
for their portfolio of products. The marketing efforts you manage will span owned content, partnerships, and digital campaigns to creatively earn traffic to the brand’s website and social pages. Most critical is a big vision mindset and a rapid understanding of how to prioritize. Success in this role requires an entrepreneurial
mindset and a kind and generous people-leading spirit.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in leading and creating work for the world’s most recognized brands and has a solid
understanding of advertising, branding and storytelling. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, strategic and visionary creative to make a massive impact. This position reports to the Chief Brand Officer.

Responsibilities and Duties

✨Develop big, cut-through ideas, stories and messaging that connects with our consumers and defines the brand for substantial and meaningful populations
✨Develop a deep understanding of consumer target’s mindsets, attitudes, & behaviors to inform strong empathetic and strategic executions
✨Work with marketing team members to define product brand identities across packaging, advertisements, and web assets
✨Take ownership of content development across YouTube, Streaming, Social, Podcasts, and other channels
✨Help establish and ensure brand voice is successfully implemented across projects, helping to maintain consistency across all channels.


✔️3-4+ years of experience in conceptual and effective marketing campaigns at an agency or client-side direct-to-consumer creative team, with deep knowledge of storytelling that engages consumers.

✔️A proven track record of a wide range of creative campaigns, a diversity of ideas, and approaches to solving problems with a focus on articulating big, breakthrough ideas across a myriad of channels.
✔️Exceptional communication, variations on styles, and awareness of different ways to communicate with audiences
✔️Strong collaboration with team members at all levels to ensure projects are effective and meet brand guidelines, compliance and overall project goals.
✔️Bachelor’s Degree
✔️Strong leadership & communication skills: listen, mentor, and teach by example
✔️Ability to manage multiple moving pieces
✔️Strong time management and prioritization skills

✔️Adaptable to new social platforms and marketing technologies
✔️Thoughtful and self-reflective, willingness to learn
✔️Team-player, hard-working, organized, and goal-oriented
✔️Excitement for startups and building from the ground up

Additional Preferred Experience and Skills:
✔️Startup and/or e-commerce experience is a plus
✔️Passion for e-commerce, consumer retail and/or digital marketing is a plus
