  • Active prospecting leads using email, phone, and third party websites
  • Build and maintain contact data in Salesforce
  • Schedule intro calls and demos with prospects
  • Make recommendations and improvements to the prospecting customer acquisition process
  • Meet monthly and quarterly prospecting goals


  • Desire to work at a fast-paced start-up
  • Experience in a quota carrying insides sales position is preferred
  • Ability to handle follow-up communications with multiple prospective customers simultaneously
  • Excellent cold calling and emailing abilities
  • Interest in learning about Scout's market and the enterprise sales process
  • Ability to work with remote team members via tools such as VoIP, chat, and Google hangouts
  • General tech and internet savvy
