Job Description

Our client is seeking a Client Success Manager (CSM) to join their team in New York City. The CSM is focused on building relationships and delivering a finely-tuned client experience to their leading portfolio of business clients. They are looking for client-centric professional with exceptional organization skills, a penchant for the details, and impressive communication abilities to serve as the main point of contact for their own portfolio of clients. Your Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison with clients as related to active and proposed campaigns spanning from live event sponsorships to webinars, lead generation programs and beyond

  • Manage client experience and expectations relative to project deliverables and timelines assuring achievement of client’s target return on investment

  • Monitor campaign milestones and assure delivery by deadline

  • Actively solicit and respond to feedback to assess client satisfaction; proactively address and correct any issues and shortcomings

  • Effectively partner with other teams to coordinate the execution of campaign deliverables. Act as a project manager, running point on all projects for your client.

  • Act as a key player in driving renewal business from client portfolio

  • Travel to events to support clients on-site and ensure their event goals are met and even exceeded



  • A degree in business, communication or relevant field of study

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar client-facing role in a business-to-business (B2B) environment

  • Superb listening and communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team player

  • A desire to be part of a fast-growing company

  • Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to change
