This role is client facing, acting as a liaison between development, commercial teams, internal and client operations. At the core, you can strategically understand client requirements and articulate technical solutions to complex problems and organize resources for delivery.
- Act as the pivot between sales, the client and operations, creating and delivering strategies to ensure sales strategies are accomplished through technology solutions.
- Work alongside commercial teams at all stages of the sales cycle.
- Participate in and lead deep level architectural conversations to ensure customer success.
- Evangelize AWS to all customers, at both enterprise and medium size, ensuring commitment to AWS and Cloud.
- Construct, author and support publication of white papers and sales documentation.
- Present at industry events and conferences, tutorials and training, etc.
