Our client is looking to hire a Creative Director to join their growing team! They are an end-to-end advertising solution that leverages cryptography, blockchain and AI to power modern media. This role is ideally hybrid to NYC, if qualified apply today!

The Role

Responsibilities

Build & Implement Design System:  Build and scale a new brand design system. Implement across internal and external channels to drive breakthrough visual and verbal identity.

Design Execution: Flawlessly execute design deliverables to support website, sales enablement and marketing/advertising campaigns and initiatives, as well as internal projects (Culture, recruiting, company store). Maintain creative excellence while seeking ways to innovate to improve efficiency and scalability.

Scale the Team: Build in-house capabilities, a bench best-in-class external resources to help scale and test new capabilities/partners and serve as an extension of the team. Assess tools, platform, and ways to drive prioritization, efficiencies and project management.

Creative Problem Solving: Work with internal clients, including marketing, sales, HR/recruiting, and client creative to produce compelling marketing and sales collateral. Successfully communicate design ideas with a strong POV, both verbally and visually. Understand creative briefs, problem-solving and troubleshooting various design issues and challenges.

Technical Proficiency & Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office with a keen understanding and ability to interpret the latest trends in print and digital design. Ability to design and problem-solve in Website design, PowerPoint to support Marketing, Sales and other internal presentation design needs. Working knowledge of building motion graphics with basic animation for use in multiple promotional channels. Working knowledge of Sketch preferred to produce templated marketing materials.
