As a Customer Sucess Manager, you will recruit and mentor a team of Customer Success Manager's whilst growing the company's customer network.
- Lead the Customer Sucess Team
- Drive new business with existing customers
- Identify and monitor growth trends and inform customer's of the business strategy
- Receive a wealth of training and development on offer to help you succeed
- 5+ years experience in leading Customer-facing companies
- Bachelor gree; preferably in computer science or related degrees
- Experience in pre-sales and post-sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in managing - Team Leading
