The Role:

As a Customer Sucess Manager, you will recruit and mentor a team of Customer Success Manager's whilst growing the company's customer network.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Customer Sucess Team
  • Drive new business with existing customers 
  • Identify and monitor growth trends and inform customer's of the business strategy 
  • Receive a wealth of training and development on offer to help you succeed

Skills:

  • 5+ years experience in leading Customer-facing companies
  • Bachelor gree; preferably in computer science or related degrees
  • Experience in pre-sales  and post-sales
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in managing - Team Leading
