My client is a global SaaS startup that has just recently gone public with a $7B valuation, they have a tool that transforms the way teams work together. Their mission is to help teams build a culture of transparency and empower everyone to be happier at work. They are looking to continue to grow and are looking to hire a Spanish-speaking CSM in New York and Miami.
As a CSM you will:
- Work closely with the Partnerships managers to share portfolio insights of their partners
- Work closely with the partners to enable them to perform Customer Success work with their clients and ensure their customers’ satisfaction
- Provide onboarding and training for new Partnerships customers and ensure teams find value in the platform for their business needs
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using account metrics
- Provide professional support to enhance customer’s and partner's
Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience in SaaS Customer Success Management with clients
- Fluent in English and Spanish (and additionally being fluent in Portuguese is HIGHLY preferred)
- Experience working in business organizations, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and negotiating solutions
- Experience collaborating with developers, engineers, and product managers to build custom solutions
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
- Excellent technical project management skills, enabling multiple cross-functional teams to deliver against plans
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Compensation:
Base salaries up to $120k + stock and excellent benefits
