Developers and companies worldwide use this tool to build incredible applications and systems that leverage permissionless financial technologies.
They are looking for a Design Engineer to join the team! As a Design Engineer, you will have the chance to combine creativity with engineering expertise. We believe that design encompasses all aspects of how a user experiences a website, from the presentation and interactions to performance and flexibility.
You need to be someone who understands the latest front-end technologies and what is possible with CSS, enjoys dreaming big, and has a strong curiosity and desire to experiment! You will collaborate heavily with product design and engineering to build thoughtful, crafted, system-based solutions for remarkable software interfaces.
Responsibilities:
-Contribute to the overall strategy and decision-making about product direction.
-Take ownership over the design process for your projects through gathering requirements, delivering visuals, and guiding the implementation.
-Set the creative quality bar for evolving design engineering projects.
-Create, collaborate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals (including strategic decks and presentations).
-Follow our software development process, including writing unit tests, performing code reviews, etc.
-Demonstrate ability to deliver results on time with high quality.
-Help with hiring and establishing a design culture within the company.
-Developing prototypes and shipping production code.
Qualifications:
-You have at least 3-5 years of experience designing and developing interactive apps.
-Demonstrated experience in at least one JavaScript framework like Next.js, React, VueJS, or equivalent.
-You are proficient in HTML and CSS usage in building large-scale applications.
-You have excellent visual, UI, and interaction skills.
-You have a passion for delivering extraordinary delightful designs.
-You have experience with 2D and 3D animation on the web
-Passion for design and determining best in class solutions to UX, UI and interaction challenges.
