My early stage startup client is building the first ML Data Intelligence platform for ML teams working with unstructured data to auto-detect errors and fix their data collaboratively, across the entire ML workflow, not in weeks, but in minutes!  Less than a year since inception,their product has already seen rapid adoption across F500 and high growth startups.  The company was founded by product and engineering leaders from Uber Michelangelo, Google AI, and Google Speech and is well funded by top tier investors.  They are in search of a Marketing Lead that will focus on Developer partnerships/Demand Gen efforts. 

About this opportunity 

They are ML developers building the foundational data tools for ML developers. They believe that having a thriving and engaged community of developers is critical to building a better product and ecosystem to further the potential of ML data intelligence. As the Developer Marketing Lead, you will work closely with the founders and the content team to own the strategy and execution for building a thriving ML developer ecosystem and category. 


● Build the Developer Marketing program and represent the company as a marketing leader. 

● Partner closely with Sales, Content and Product teams to understand our customers, their problems, and the competitive landscape–translating insights into product and developer activations. 

● Own Developer positioning, messaging, customer problems and competitive differentiation. 

● Develop and execute on developer engagement – all the way from going to where developers are today, to creating great developer forums and conferences.

● Generate demand with a clear voice while working with the founders directly towards creating a category in the ML space 

Key Desired Experience: 

● A startup mindset, biasing towards thoughtful action with minimal direction. 

● 3+ years of experience in a developer marketing role at a high-growth company

● A keen sense for developer needs and articulating the problem in an easy to understand manner 

● You don’t shy away from rolling up your sleeves and going to where developers are, getting a keen sense for user problems and frame our marketing/demand gen strategy 


Comp Range: $180-200K + depending on tenure/industry alignment
