Our team is partnered with a leader in Healthcare as they seek to add a Director, Commercial Marketing Analytics to expand their current Commercial Marketing initiatives. You will be tasked with transforming how they work with category, segment, industry, and member data to inform strategic planning, audience and campaign targeting, measurement, and growth opportunities.

You will help unlock opportunities by incorporating financial data (profitability, MROI) into opportunity assessments and help develop forward-looking roadmaps to drive Commercial Business Growth. Leveraging behavioral data across variety of inputs (web, email, digital) to drive optimization opportunities. Opportunity to inform/influence B2C, B2B, and B2B2C marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy and Analytics: develop evidence based B2B/B2C marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and maximize ROI in partnership with marketing, sales, and other Enterprise leaders, including.

  • Segmentation, LTV, Marketing Mix, and propensity models
  • A/B testing and experimental design with Impact measurement / tracking
  • Dashboards & self-service visualization tools to enable data-driven decision making
  • Performance reporting to show impact of marketing investments
  • Drive breakthrough innovation in whitespace areas of marketing science


Team management and leadership

  • Leads a high performing team (~8 FTE) from strategy and insights to execution.
  • Supports the Head of Commercial Marketing Analytics and Behavior Change on the implementation of Enterprise commercial vision, SMART goals, and strategic plans.
  • Experience leading a data driven, multidisciplinary marketing operating model, including agile tools and techniques (sprints, Kanban, Scrum)
  • Maximizes team growth and development via formal training, diverse assignments, proactive coaching, mentoring and other development techniques
  • Curiosity: willing to roll up sleeves, probe into technical details and mentor others
Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience leading diverse teams, including leadership of data scientists, data engineers, analytic consultants, or other analytics professionals
• 8+ years of experience working in a marketing analytics function with responsibilities over strategy development, analytical tool development, and managing teams.
• 8+ years of expertise with B2C, B2B, and/or Account Based Marketing
8+ years of hands-on experience in applying/building statistical or machine learning models, predictive modeling, forecasting, multivariate analysis, multi constraint optimization problems, marketing mix, segmentation, and attribution techniques.
