Intelletec is partnered with a leading Healthcare Retailer that is looking to add a Director, Data Science (Loyalty) to their ranks within Digital Product Analytics.

The Digital Product Analytics team is looking for a leader to help drive the exciting Rewards and Loyalty programs and products to various lines of businesses, partnering with multiple cross functional teams spanning from Operations, Digital, and Product stakeholders to design, develop, implementing, and optimizing large complex programs in support of ambitious business goals.

They are seeking a leader who will be able to grow an existing team of top-notch data scientists and analytics staff to better understand their Members’ behaviors and implement changes to impact 2M+ members with direct-to-consumer communications.

You will have an opportunity to directly influence Members experiences, learn rapidly through rigorous experiment design, and make decisions based on data driven insights and analysis.

This role is a people leader role for a team of 6 with growth opportunities based on your ambition and drive.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to:
• Manage and lead analytics team(s) for one or more product areas.
• Leads development of solutions with high complexity, risk, and pressure with business area implications
• Structure data analysis, driving analytics insights and analytical solutions
• Translate business problems into analytical solutions
• Present recommendations to senior staff and internal clients (up to SVP level)
• Lead multiple large cross-functional project teams
• Plan for the current year in terms of strategy and operations
• Connect with your direct team and cross functional partners using superior communications and stakeholder management skills
• Strategize and plan for growth while maintaining and continuously improving existing programs
• Think about how to best grow the team and create a collaborate culture
• Autonomously leads the client relationship with senior business leaders as their single point of contact
• Sets priorities and executes strategy for the analytics organization
• Demonstrate high proficiency in structured problem-solving skills
• Switch from strategy to operations to technology to analytics quickly and concisely based on audience

Required Qualifications
5+ years of people management experience
7+ years’ experience strategy consulting or on strategy teams in large companies
• 7+ years of business experience leading analyses and initiatives with track record of business impact
