My client provides mission-critical software to the global coworking industry. Their Industry-leading software platforms 'Connect' and 'Operate' deliver a comprehensive end-to-end solution that helps ambitious, multi-site flexible workspace providers operate efficiently, deliver tech-driven workspaces Due to continued growth and expansion, they are looking to add a Director, Business Development to their team.
As Director, Business Development you will:
- Leverage existing relationships to convert new business across Landlords and Asset Owners who need to respond to tenants' demands for flexibility and evolving hybrid needs.
- Achievement of Monthly Recurring Revenue figures and KPI targets
- Work with the broader business development team to increase brand awareness and market visibility
- Ensure seamless customer experience post-conversion
Skills and Experience:
- 7-12+ years of CRE experience
- A track record of driving commercial success
- Proven ability to foster and maintain enduring executive landlord relationships
- Strong leadership and management capability, with a focus on delivering results
- Excellent judgment, with the ability to drive decision-making and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Collaborative nature and ability to build productive working relationships with colleagues across the entire organization
Compensation:
- Base salaries ~$130k + Double OTE & uncapped commission
Location:
- Remote positions open to candidates based in Dallas, Houston, Austin, or Denver, and Salt Lake City
