My client is an exciting privately funded IT Operations startup that has an Operation Analytics Solution (SaaS) which analyzes data sources to deliver unparalleled IT insights. They are based in the NYC area and are looking to hire a remote based Director of Customer Success.
As a Director of Customer Success you will:
- Execute key pre-sales activities supporting the sales process
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations
- Manage customer requests
Prepare POC Documentation of Understanding which communicates objectives, scope, and activities of a POC
Set up and execute POCs to technical closure
Collect customer process and performance information assisting sales in developing ROI and business cases
Personally drive and support product implementation for strategic customer accounts working in tight collaboration with the customer staff
Work with sales, marketing and development teams to create a set of materials supporting customer onboarding, product implementation and adoption
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
- 5-8 years of experience in a professional services role minimum for consideration
- Proven work experience of 3-4 years as a Senior Customer Success Manager and/or Technical Sales Consultant
- Knowledge of best practices in Customer Success Management
- Strong technical skills ranging from architecture design to troubleshooting of issues (functionality, performance, etc.)
- Experience in IT Operations Management and Automation field, or similar including implementation of business systems or IT products.
- Familiarity with and/or experience in implementing ITIL
Compensation- Base salaries up to $150K. OTE up to $300K.
