My client is a Series D Cybersecurity startup with just under $150M in funding. They offer a scalable, behaviour-based threat protection technology for the web, cloud, and mobile. They were ranked in the top 100 most promising AI companies in the world by CBInsights. Due to continued growth and a recent funding round they are looking to hire a Director of Product.


As a Director of Product you will:

  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
  • Demonstrate deep customer empathy. Understand customer problems and use cases in-depth
  • Represent customer needs in the product creation process
  • Work closely with customers, sales and services on a regular basis to identify new opportunities and build the product roadmap
  • Bring successful products to market in close collaboration with Engineering and Research teams
  • Work closely with product marketing to establish product positioning and messaging
  • Ensure the end-to-end customer experience is positive, going beyond the core feature-set of your product area to think about time to value, manageability, user experience, performance, availability, and more
  • Demonstrate initiative and leadership. Facilitate strong cross-functional collaboration and ensure tight execution
  • Understand customer buyer, user, and influencer personas and think about how to appeal to them, overcome objections and differentiate from the competition
  • Understand the customers’ buying journey and facilitate  sales enablement, field communications, and sales tools development



  • 7+ years experience in software product management. Must have delivered one or more successful products to market that showed revenue growth with new customer logos.
  • Experience with regular customer interactions
  • Go-to-market and business experience including pricing, packaging, positioning, enablement, and market research
  • 3+ years in the security space, preferably application security, fraud, or identity management
  • Demonstrated success in planning, managing, and launching products 
  • Experience in working with B2B SaaS/Cloud products
  • Strong market and competitive analysis skills
  • Demonstrable track record of leadership, teamwork, initiative, and collaboration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Public speaking is an advantage
  • Strong desire to WIN in a competitive market



Base Salaries up to $250k + significant equity and excellent benefits
