Job Description:

Do you have experience managing product design teams aligned toward a common objective? This company is looking for tenured Directors of UX, as they are creating a tele-health suite of software used to distribute over 7M Covid Tests, and help people find unique specialists in their area, or remotely.  Direct experience in the Healthcare Technology space is highly-valued, but not required.  

The ideal candidate will have robust experience creating B2C and B2B applications, guiding UX Strategy and Instructing UI Visual Designers; you'll work on consumer-applications, so proven experience delivering scalable and user-friendly applications to the market is a must-have.  You'll work on information architecture across several user journeys, and you'll also work hand-in-hand with the Director of Engineering, and the C-Level Suite to report on progress to Stakeholders.  Work remotely from the United States.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ Years' Experience in UX Design, at least 4+ as a Director of Design
  • Experience designing for Web Applications that run on a SAAS Model
  • Dedicated to delivering UI Designs, Driven by UX Research and Strategy Data
  • Ability to measure success of Feature Launches, Product Enhancements, and overall ROI with Product Teams
  • Diverse Experience with Consumer Applications, Enterprise Applications, and Data Dashboards
  • Ability to manage multiple product designers, working on several different projects
  • Ample Communication
  • Analytical Design Thinking
  • Degree in Human Computer Interaction or Related Field (BFA, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology Management, etc)
