A New York based start-up who are using cutting edge AI and Machine Learning in their platform to help provide their customers accurate real-time data to help influence their business decisions are looking for a technically minded Strategic Account Manager.

The Role

  • Deliver great client experience in the area of Data Sciences
  • Understand clients business challenges and help formulate solutions to business problems by translating them into an analytics problem solving framework - this will invoice Identifying the right data elements that help in arriving at the solution
  • Develop long standing client relationships and help clients achieve their business goals
  • Present results to senior management through insightful recommendations
  • Ensure service delivered is consumed and tangible business impact is created
  • Build and Lead teams to engage with clients to identify opportunities for leveraging data sciences and analytics
  • Build positive relationship with clients by understanding their business and institutionalizing analytics within their business environment
  • Identify new business opportunities with existing clients to implement new product features

Skills and Experience

  • 4+ Years of related professional experience
  • Ability to grow the business relationship
  • Strategic account mapping to identify opportunities
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good to have experience in Advanced Excel, SQL, SAS/R/Python
  • Ability to identify data needs of clients and help your team extract and analyse data from multiple sources using analytical tools
  • Strong interpersonal and team management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership within or outside a work setting. You should be someone who frequently takes initiative and is eager to break new ground

Salary base : $150k, OTE $250k, based on agreed client targets.
