- Provide leadership to a collaborative, high-performing sales team
- Drive new models and process to produce an achievable, scalable sales “machine.”
- Accurately forecast quarterly, and annual revenue numbers for assigned region based on expertise in qualification and sales process review.
- Direct sales activities within assigned area, set expectations, provide guidance, establish accurate plans and forecasts, prioritize efforts, hold the team accountable for building pipeline and executing each phase of the sales process, drive short-term and long-term results to maximize overall territory growth objectives.
- Work as a team for the most efficient use and deployment of resources; collaborate with product management, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver company goals.
- 6-8+ years direct sales experience and 4+ years’ experience building and leading front line sales teams for a high growth technology company
- Experience with enterprise software products and SAAS solutions
- Previous sales experience with data analytics, business intelligence/BI, data integration or big data technology solutions.
- Exude an entrepreneurial business savvy, operating within a start-up or hyper growth environment.
- Proven aptitude to build high-performing teams, close business, build consensus, resolve conflict, solve tough business problems, roll-up sleeves and drive revenue.
