A Company that has built an innovative sales accelerataion technology is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to contribute to the fast growth of the business.
The services is already being deployed across many industries, and they have recently raised significant funding to accelerate growth.
Your Role:
- Create and execute North American Sales Strategy and Process
- Demonstrating software to prospective clients
- Managing sales process from demonstration through to completion
- Manage and drive prospecting and pipleline
- Continue to improve sales process during high growth phase
Role Characteristics
- You are a self-starter who thinks strategically but acts tactically, with purpose and accountability.
- You are goal driven and experienced at building sales pipelines and converting them into deals and meeting an aggressive sales quota.
- You have a strong background, ideally working in a high growth startup, driving a sales proces
Key Skills required
- Superb written and oral communication
- Great at asking inquisitive and tough questions
- Process-oriented
- Great presenter
- Ability to develop ROI-based proposals
- Comfortable in a trusted advisor capacity
- Sales cycle management & reporting
Compensation
Base: up to $175k or commensurate with experience
OTE: $300k (50/50 split with base salary)

Office space in the Boston area, but open to candidates anywhere on the East Coast
