Job Description

You’ll be contributing to all levels of the stack: designing front-end user experience, implementing back-end APIs, and enhancing continuous deployment and system monitoring on AWS. You’ll also be involved in all stages of the product development process: from conducting user interviews with teachers and administrators to educating our Partnerships and Success teams about new product features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new or enhance existing features across the stack, from user interface to backend API and data model
  • Perform customer development interviews with educators and administrators to better understand their needs and get feedback on new features and designs
  • Contribute to UX/UI design and implementation
  • Manage and analyze user and site analytics
  • Collaborate and participate in strategic initiatives that impact the entire organization across sales, marketing, content, and professional services

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of work experience in full-stack web development. You love to code, learn the latest technologies and have projects you are tinkering on for fun
  • Have a sharp intuition for design/UX with corresponding Javascript and CSS skills
