Our Go-to-Market team is beautifully blossoming and we're looking for a fully remote Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our astounding team! You're our dream candidate if you’re a forward-thinking and goal-oriented recruiter in search of a highly engaged, values-based, high-performance culture. You'll have at least 3 years of 360° recruitment experience and is passionate about building client relationships in addition to finding, connecting with, and hiring the best go-to-market talent.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with clients/hiring managers, understand their business needs, and collaborate with them to offer strategic recruitment guidance
• Identify qualified go-to-market professionals, through various sourcing techniques and serve as the main point of contact for all candidates throughout the entire recruiting cycle
• Manage and execute the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting an advert to closing candidates, in a high-volume recruitment environment
• Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate, identify and summarize relevant experience as well as hard and soft skills
• Negotiate pay and salary rates/finalize arrangements between client and candidates

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in full lifecycle recruitment for non-technical (sales, marketing, product, etc.) roles
• Proven track record of delivering on hiring goals
• Ability to look after a variety of roles and comfortable recruiting different types and levels of roles from Junior roles to Director roles
• People-first approach; aptitude to communicate clearly and professionally with thoughtfulness and empathy
• Comfortable coaching team members through difficult situations
• Able to work remotely with a distributed team in a fast-paced environment
