We are about pushing the boundaries of smartphones and radios to give every person on the planet their own unique signal for connected devices to tap into and do useful things for them.
We are looking for a Head of Business Development to join our SF-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to be the driving force in developing relationships with key strategic partners and driving reference deals in new verticals. Working closely with the founding team, our Head of Business Development will be instrumental in defining our growth strategy and prioritizing promising verticals for expansion, as well as executing go-to-market partnerships with strategic partners.

Areas You Will Own:

  • Develop and execute Partnerships strategy for key verticals, including established and evolving aspects of our business.
  • Work closely with Product, Customer Success, Support, and sales teams to identify and engage potential Partners to enhance our product functionality and distribution.
  • Own Partner relationship end-to-end, from initial scoping, to negotiations, and execution.
  • Lead cross-functional team in deployment of partnerships, including creative, legal, finance, product, comms, support, etc.

Key Attributes:

  • Exceptional leadership skills and proven success in developing new markets, launching new technologies and business solutions, and expanding growth in existing markets.
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing strategy, demand generation, sales and business development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate complex deals.
  • Proven track record working with C-level executives.
  • Strong reporting, project management, analytical and prioritization skills.
  • Willing and able to travel 25% of the time


  • BA/BS (preferably in business, marketing, or a related field).
  • 5+ years business development experience.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS and/or technology partnerships.
  • Experience in hardware or consumer goods a plus.
  • Excellent presentation skills and proven ability to create effective sales tools.


  • $160,000 Base
