Intelletec has partnered with an exciting Los Angeles-based company that believes in the transformative power of self-care. They are seeking a talented individual to fill their Head of Growth role. Leading the growth team, you will report directly to the Chief Brand Officer and will own all of performance marketing and sales activities which drive customer demand and acquire new customers for their line of women’s wellness products. Collaborating closely with the media team, you'll drive performance and contribute to the company's success.

This early-stage startup has already made waves in the industry and has been featured in Forbes' prestigious list of top trends in women's health. With a strong brand identity and a roster of impressive advisors, they are experiencing rapid growth and offer unparalleled personal and professional development opportunities.

As the Head of Growth, you will:

✨ Own the acquisition strategy

✨ Determine where potential customers spend their time and design strategies to reach and acquire them

✨ Deploy large budgets in performance media campaigns

✨ Iterate and test messaging and tactics to better optimize costs to acquire customers

✨ Run an analytics and insights function

✨ Design processes and dashboards to understand performance across a diverse set of channels

✨ Figure out how to look for signs of successful campaigns and actions to take to scale

✨ Evolve the organization’s knowledge of performance and how to predict success

✨ Lead a media team

✨ Oversee a large and growing team of media managers who run performance marketing campaigns

✨ Lead and coach expert team members and understand how to grow their capabilities

✨ Design processes to steer and optimize team activities

Skills and Qualifications:

✔️ 2+ years experience at a top tier management consultancy or investment bank

✔️ Interest in scaling the revenue of start ups for successful exit

✔️ Experience with data analysis (e.g. Excel)

✔️ Bachelor’s Degree

✔️ Strong leadership & communication skills: listen, mentor, and teach by example

✔️ Ability to manage multiple moving pieces

✔️ Adaptable to new social platforms and advertising technologies

✔️ Startup and/or e-commerce experience is a plus
