This company's software allows patients to stay in touch with their care teams using the same channels they use with friends and family: from Whatsapp and text messaging to voice calls and video. To handle the increased volume and quality of interactions, their automation tools help care teams prioritize, measure their performance, and cut through back office work so that they can focus on doing what they do best: building authentic relationships with the patients who need them most.

Role

  • You'll systematize and augment our sales process. The structure you create will allow us to turn our sales process into a machine.

  • You'll shape our product roadmap by feeding sales insights back to our customer success, engineering, and product teams.

  • You are as much a sales leader as a product marketer. You'll own everything from creating sales materials to engaging leads and closing contracts. There will be no one to delegate to; you are as much as a strategist as an operator.

  • This role is really a hybrid of growth, marketing, and sales.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years selling software to risk-bearing provider organizations at a 6-figure ACV.

  • Deep understanding of the pop health, care management, and patient engagement markets.

  • A proven track record of exceeding sales goals as an individual contributor.

  • Able to own the entire sales funnel, from prospecting and qualification through to demos and close.

  • Ability to start from scratch. There will be limited marketing materials for you to lean on. Most of what you sell, you'll need to create yourself.

Bonus

  • You've been the first BD hire at a health tech company or on a new team and taken it from 0 to 100.

  • Deep understanding of incentives structures in healthcare and how they impact adoption of patient engagement and pop health technologies. You can be a thought partner to the board and leadership team.

Compensation

  • Open Salary

  • Equity
