Job Description

This Seed funded company has developed a software as a service product that helps you set, optimize, calculate, and payout sales commissions for your sales people.

Over 80% of businesses use spreadsheets to calculate commissions, leading them to compensate teams inaccurately, late, and without proper reporting. They are helping companies reduce costly payout errors, eliminate weeks of manual work, and provide access to the most innovative compensation strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Project manage the onboarding process for new customers from start to finish

  • Configure and test each implementation based on customers’ unique needs

  • Train customers on how to become experts with their platform

  • Design and enhance the onboarding operations/experience

  • Identify deficiencies with the platform and collaborate with Product/Engineering to develop solutions/features that would enable faster and better implementation experiences

  • Launch, grow, and maintain knowledge base of customers' questions/issues and the answers to them

  • Lead the growth of the implementation team

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience, preferably in technology/SaaS

  • Experience with building Excel models or a programming language (e.g., SQL, Python)

  • Ability to translate complex customer requirements and develop optimal configuration

  • Skilled at problem-solving, navigating challenging situations, and guiding clients through decision-making processes

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Past experience in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment

  • Aptitude in working cross-functionally with product, support, marketing, and other functions

  • Past experience in any of the following capacities: implementation, sales engineer, solutions architect, customer success, technology consulting, business analysis

  • Proficiency with popular CRMs (e.g. Salesforce), ERPs (e.g. Netsuite), and/or billing systems (e.g. Zuora)

Compensation

  • $140,000 Base

  • 1% Equity
