My client is one of the worlds largest software platforms helping small businesses operate online. Their amazing technology assists millions of businesses to take their brands online. Due to continued growth and expansion they are hiring an Inside Sales Director.
As an Inside Sales Director you will:
- Build, motivate and mentor a high-functioning inside sales team to lead and drive sales conversations.
- Hire new Inside Sales Representatives as needed.
- Lead the team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual team targets by generating a sales pipeline, accelerating active opportunities and driving to close.
- Manage a team of 20+ AEs & Team Leads.
- Coach and inspire individual team members to drive performance and team culture.
At least 5-8 years experience in sales leading/coaching a team.
Strong leadership skills.
Ability to lead by example.
Excellent time management and following up skills.
Base salaries up to $250K and OTE of up to $350K.
