Job Overview

What you do
● Lead the hardware design for devices
● Produce innovative designs to meet size, weight, performance, cost, time to market, and quality targets
● Define EE architecture and product development through the entire life cycle
● Own component selection, schematic capture, layout oversight, bring up, and debug
● Define test criteria, draft test plans and oversee an execution
● Collaborate closely with ME and ID to maintain design intent
● Work with ME on design elements that affect DFM, ESD, EMI, RF, and reliability
● Drive technology investigation projects to prepare new features and technologies for use in future products

● Track record of launching high volume electronics products
● Comfortable working with interdisciplinary teams
● Mastery in power management and optimization
● Knowledge of PCB design process
● Proficiency with EE lab instruments and their use in verification and troubleshooting
● Experience with CM model of product development

Nice-to-have Skills
5+ years of industry experience
● Low power product development experience
● Deep knowledge in one or more of the following areas
○ Batteries
○ Wireless protocols

○ Automotive systems
○ MCUs
○ Signal integrity
