● Startup codebase mentality: great sense of when it’s best to hack code together to get something out the door to test vs. when to invest in
building something robust
● Product/consumer sense. Able to work collaboratively with a product person
● Can interview/vet people technically, especially on the ability to code
● Can work effectively with & manage outsourced devs
● Has been responsible for a product/major piece that shipped to customers and delivered expected functionality
