Fortune 500 company in the retail sector is looking for a Manager of Analytics. Are you collaborative, outgoing, consider yourself a leader? We are looking for a seasoned Manager to lead a well established Membership Analytics Team.

  • Lead a team of 2-4 Data Scientists
  • Support the enterprise by providing ad hoc data science support inclusive of data engineering, software solutioning, modelling and measurement
  • Maintain and build internal data science acquisition/personalization/engagement targeting technologies inclusive of digital use cases
  • Execution, delivery, and measurement of membership acquisition campaigns
  • Ability to frame business problems and decompose their constituent parts for data science analysis and building new solutions
  • Build machine learning models and use applied statistics (supervised/unsupervised learning, lift modeling, linear/nonlinear programming) to support the business
  • Certify all engagement and loyalty testing design/measurement (hypothesis testing, A/B testing, design of experiment, sample size/power calculation)



Need to have:

  • 5+ years of experience of data science/analytics experience
  • 2+ years of experience with progressive management/team lead experience
  • Experience working with global and remote teams preferred
  • Track record in building/implementing machine learning algorithms and applications in production
  • Thorough knowledge in statistics and experience with ideating, designing, and analyzing experiments and A/B tests
  • Hands-on coding skills with SQL, Python, or R
  • Deep understanding and commitment to software engineering tools/principles/processes (eg., Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, GIT, Jira, Confluence)
  • MS in Engineering or Computer Science preferred
