My Fintech Startup Client is building the world's first investment strategy anyone can improve with their data. They select stocks to a portfolio by analyzing trends in the data and the market. Their app is a consumer facing fintech that is changing the way we think about investing/finance. They are growing and currently have 60 people in multi-disciplinary teams located around the world. They began in January 2018 and are graduates of Y Combinator and the Creative Destruction Lab. To date, they've raised two rounds of funding and approximately $80 million.
About the role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead with an outstanding track record to help us scale our growth. You’ll partner with our Growth Lead and creatives team to get new users for our retail investment and crypto products.

  • Own all paid social marketing globally across creative, strategy, execution, reporting, optimization.
  • Execute towards growth KPIs and play a pivotal role in a scaling business
  • Working with your manager, determine how best to deploy the acquisition budget to scale acquisition and optimise our CPAs
  • Work with product, and community teams to experiment to improve acquisition and activation.
  • Partner with the in-house and external creative teams to craft high performing and consistent ads
  • Build and maintain structured and scalable reporting
  • Test and trial new channels and tactics, reporting back to key stakeholders of successes and learnings (good or bad!)

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • At least three years experience in Paid Social marketing (Facebook, TikTok, Twitter)
  • Experience with other channels is a plus (SEO, CRM, Affiliates, Display, Search, CRO)
  • Demonstrated creative or even unorthodox ways of communicating the brand
  • Obsessed with driving growth performance and ROAS
  • Strong understanding of retention and its inputs
  • Data-driven and great attention to detail (GA/Mixpanel skill required)
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ability to execute
  • Experience managing paid social campaigns in-house is a plus.
  • Previous high-growth startup or subscription business exposure is a big plus.
