This position will play a lead Product role within a cross-functional team, to stand up our clients technology capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for defining the Product roadmap for the Next Best Action Framework, which orchestrates member communications across many health objectives (ER avoidance, preventative screenings, Rx adherence, Site of care recommendations), and across channels (mobile app, Web, email, direct mail, social, outbound calls, inbound calls, care management)

Responsibilities including :

  • Defining and owning the Product roadmap for the Next Best Action Tech stack (also known as “NBA framework”), working with domain leaders to define each component
  • Being the overall Advocate for the Next Best Action Product vision and roadmap across the organization, to the most senior level of leadership; represent and evangelize the NBA Framework to all business stakeholders
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. Coordinate with adjacent product teams to sync roadmaps. Special emphasis on Digital roadmap as well as Marketing roadmap
  • Working collaboratively with data science, data engineering, and digital teams on execution and solution implementation, following Agile methodologies
  • Responsible for scanning the vendor landscape and identifying cutting-edge technologies to further enhance rapid test&learn capabilities across channels; lead use case evaluations aproofs-of-conceptpts, as well as recommendations to Executive leadership
  • Demonstrates superior communication skills, and ability to develop and participate in presentations and consultations to business stakeholders on Product Roadmap
  • Motivating team members and probes into technical detail
  • Contributing Subject Matter Expertise (SME) through interactions with team members, peers and managers to exchange complex information related to areas of specialization


  • 7-10 or more years of experience in Product Management roles
  • Experience working with data science teams to deploy predictive models across variety of channels
  • Experience working with Digital teams, e.g., website development, Mobile Apps, Customer experience
  • Experience working with Marketing Technology, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and test&learn technology providers, for email and web/app channels
  • Experience with campaign design and experiment design for rapid test&learn across channels
  • Familiarity with Agile ceremonies and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent problem solving skills, critical thinking and conceptual thinking abilities
  • Superior skills to effectively communicate technical ideas and results to non-technical clients in written and verbal form
  • Ability to negotiate and manage interactions across the business and project stakeholders
  • Strong organizational, management and leadership skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of health care industry, products, systems, business strategies and products
