My client is hiring a product manager to join its Human Capital Products team to assist with the development and implementation of the firm’s evolving recruiting systems. The team oversees the development, deployment, and maintenance of technology solutions that streamline human capital processes such as recruiting, learning, benefits, or immigration. WHAT YOU’LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:
You’ll liaise between stakeholders across the firm and software developers to conceptualize solutions that expand and refine the systems used for identifying, recruiting, and assessing candidates. You’ll be responsible for understanding business needs, specifying technical requirements, and overseeing the deployment of systems improvements. This dynamic position will play a significant role in developing innovative, data-oriented products and offers an opportunity to partner closely with leaders in human capital, business operations, information technology, and our international software development teams.
•Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or higher and three to five years of relevant experience. Product management experience is essential.
•The abilities to self-start, dive into details, and manage projects to completion are critical for this role.
•Individuals with a knack for solving open-ended problems and seeing how small details interrelate to impact the bigger picture (i.e., systems thinking) will excel in this role.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, an aptitude for translating the needs of non-technical systems users into technical requirements, and the judgment to exercise extreme discretion with confidential information are also essential.
•Experience with recruiting systems or recruiting operations is highly preferred.
