Renewable Energy Attorney

Intelletec Energy is hiring a Renewable Energy Attorney to join a hedge fund client whom has an entire division that is devoted to renewable energy.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for analyzing and negotiating project-level contracts for a diverse portfolio of projects that are under development, currently being constructed, and are in operation. This included operation and maintenance agreements; engineering, procurement, and construction agreements; and other project contracts. You’ll also be responsible for a wide range of renewable energy project support, legal research, and project management activities.

Candidates should have a demonstrated record of academic achievement and relevant renewable energy project experience, in addition to a law degree which permits active attorney practice.

Candidates should be well-developed analytical, communication, and organizational skills, and keen attention to detail are essential.

Candidates should show sound judgment is of great importance, as is a demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in supporting highly complex renewable energy projects.
