Our client is in search of a professional with 2-4 years of experience in revenue operations in a fast-growing B2B sales organization. You’re a detail-oriented, highly analytical problem-solver who’s excited to build new processes and leverage data to help drive business decisions. You’re a team collaborator but also can run and lead a project from start to finish.

You’re experienced in working with multiple stakeholders cross-functionally, and understand how to successfully connect the dots between Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and other relevant teams. You have at least 1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator. If qualified, apply today!

As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will:

  • Serve as system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment and responsible for maintaining Salesforce data integrity
  • Manage integrations of our internal systems
  • Assist in training new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
  • Continuously find ways to improve sales processes and drive sales productivity
  • Partner with Sales to optimize outbound efforts
  • Help define sales territories and optimize lead routing
  • Provide reporting and insights on: productivity, pipeline, daily activities, compensation, key benchmarks
  • Gather business requirements from interdepartmental stakeholders and provide relevant data and/or dashboards.
