The right person MUST have MINIMUM 2 years experience, sourcing and or recruiting Product Managers. The role will be initially for 6 months, with a possibility to be a permanent one in the future. We operate in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to hiring the best people for our clients. You need get the technology aspect and be able to jump on the project immediately with necessary training provided. You will need to have the ability to work well remotely with a distributed team.

 

Our future teammate will be:

 

  • An experienced recruiter. You have 2+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting for for a wide range of Product Management roles

  • Someone who can look after a variety of roles and will be comfortable recruiting different types and levels of roles from junior roles to Director roles

  • People-first. You approach interactions with thoughtfulness and empathy, and you are comfortable coaching team members through difficult situations.

  • An exceptional communicator. You are responsive, clear and professional in your communications with team members and candidates.

  • You will need to have the ability to work well remotely with a distributed team in a fast pasted environment

  • Self-motivation. You will have an ability to be resourceful with minimal to no guidance, embrace ambiguity and adapt quickly to changes and the evolving needs of the business environment while demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability

 

We'll trust you to:

 

  • Build relationships with hiring managers, understand their business needs, and collaborate with them to offer strategic recruitment guidance

  • Identify qualified IT professionals, through various sourcing techniques and serve as the main point of contact for all candidates throughout the entire recruiting cycle

  • Manage and execute on the full recruitment life-cycle, from posting an advert to closing candidates, in a high volume recruitment environment

  • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate, identify and summarise relevant experience and hard and soft skills

  • Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalize arrangements between client and candidates
