My client is an exciting Series D SaaS startup based in NYC. They have a tool that transforms the way teams work together. Their mission is to help teams build a culture of transparency and empower everyone to be happier at work. They have just raised an additional $150M bringing their total funding to over $230M and they are looking to hire a Director of Sales Development.
As a Director of Sales Development you will:
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives
- Proactively identify and launch initiatives to drive new business development growth and operational excellence
- Monitor and refine processes, metrics, and tools to maximize success on the SDR team
- Achieve quarterly and annual pipeline and revenue targets
- Leverage activity data for targeted training and development
- Motivate individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship
- Work with marketing and sales ops to ensure thorough follow up of inbound leads
- Ensure that team metrics are aligned with the broader organizational objectives
- Coach, develop and promote the next generation of Account Executives
Skills:
- 3+ years in sales/ business development positions - must
- 3+ years experience in managing an SDR team - must
- Ability to take an entire project from A to Z
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong relationship-builder, initiator, outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Compensation:
OTE up to $250K
