The role for the Sales Engineer is a highly technical, customer focussed pre-sales role. You will we working with Account Managers to provide guidance to prospective and current customers with a full security focussed solution offering. The SE needs to be consultative and an IT security expert and viewed in this way from the account team, channel partners and end customers.
Be the technical bridge between Sales and Technical and research the technical requirements of an opportunity to scope the solutions to meet their needs
Conduct POC on Sales opportunities
Work closely with customers to grow and expand the implementation of the security portfolio
Understand the customers’ business drivers and architect a solution to meet their need and budget
