As a Sales Engineer you will be providing the finest solutions around e-mail and security management to the SME market in the UK.
- Excellent and extensive customer facing experience, especially in the SME market
- You will display the company’s values in an open and consultative manner, while working closely with teams from sales, marketing and engineering as well as key stakeholders at senior levels
- You will be working in the field of cloud

- The ability to present technical concepts in a confident engaging manner
- Experience working with the SME market
- Knowledge of managing a sales process within customer and partner facing engagements
- Cloud/SaaS/IaaS/PaaS hands-on experience.
- Good technical knowledge and working experience with Exchange, Office365
- Data archiving/storage/backup/recovery knowledge.
- A track record of developing technical sales opportunities through to implementation.
- A proven record of taking ownership of real customer issues and resolving them under pressure.
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role
