We address a unique challenge that organizations are constantly struggling with. While it’s well known that unknown changes are the root cause of most stability issues, IT still struggles to know what actually changed. Our technology lets IT operations finally know all actual changes carried out in customer environment – changes to the application, configuration, data, workload and capacity. It detects changes and differences across the end-to-end environment, from application to infrastructure, from physical data center to the cloud, at the most granular level. It uses powerful analytics and machine learning to detect and prioritize the most risky ones, in plain English, for IT teams to resolve incidents much faster as well as proactively identify potentially damaging changes before they can do any harm.


A Sales Executive will perform the following activities:

  • Build and execute a sales plan of prospecting, qualification, development, and closing to penetrate the enterprise in target territories and markets

  • Build and execute accounts plans to drive adoption of the products and further commercial expansion in target accounts

  • Acquire and integrate knowledge of our products, customer needs and pain points and market latest state into the sales process

  • Articulate value based solutions and use cases for customer's explicit and implicit requirements

  • Build trust and relationship with customers  and the rest of the team with authentic behavior and integrity

  • Work both independently and effectively as a team member to exceed annual sales targets


A candidate should have the following requirements to apply for this position:

  • 8+ years of territory sales experience

  • Proven track record of consistent revenue generation and exceeding expectations

  • Experience managing both complex enterprise sales process and transaction sales end-to-end

  • Specific domain knowledge of IT Operations and general knowledge of IT management and automation technologies

  • Experience articulating complex solutions to decision makers and executives

  • Ability to establish and manage relationships with senior and middle level IT executives

  • Ability to successfully develop new opportunities while increasing business with existing clients

  • Strong technical aptitude

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken

  • Self discipline to plan, execute and communicate sales plans and ongoing progress

  • Intellectual curiosity with dynamic spirit of innovation

  • Experience of working in a startup/small company

  • $150,000 Base
  • $225,000 OTE
