A rapidly growing Retail Tech Startup is seeking a talented Sales Executive (Fluent Spanish-speaking). Their platform enables online retailers to manage the entire post-checkout process end-to-end. Their technology allows for real-time monitoring of every single order for maximum support and customer engagement. The communication automation focuses on highest customer relevance to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
The Sales Executive will be working very closely and reporting into the Sales Manager.
Role and Responsibilities: The Sales Executive (Fluent Spanish-speaking) will focus on the following business;
- Become an expert for the innovative “post-checkout communication” and advise online retailers on the possible applications
- Prospect potential customers, talk to CEOs, CMOs, and eCommerce leaders, and get them excited about our product
- Analyze customer needs, arrange demos and present our product
- Manage the entire sales cycle including closing & prospecting
Skills and Experience:
- You have 1+ years of sales experience in Tech (SaaS etc) or E-commerce and would like to develop your skills
- You are excited about working with a Tech startup and want a high-activity, demanding position
- You are self-starter - Comfortable and experience with cold calling
- Your Spanish is business fluent; English is native-speaker level
- Office Based in West London
- Flexible dependant on experience
