Intelletec has partnered with a fast-growing Series C Start-up working within the Software Development Industry. They are taking the work out of document workflow, giving fast scaling teams the ability to create, manage, and sign digital documents including proposals, quotes, contracts, and more. 


They are looking for a Senior Analytics Data Scientist to support stakeholders through data science & analytical techniques, building the solutions for the business’s key initiatives. You will be helping the business to continue its evolution into a data-driven culture and will apply and inspire the adoption of advanced data science across the business. This role reports to the Data Science Manager and works closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success organizations.

  • Use data to make sense of complex buyer journeys. Analyze how customers navigate marketing websites and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Analyze company data to answer business questions, discover insights, prepare segmentation and describe patterns

  • Apply advanced statistical techniques and causal inference methods to design and analyze web experimentations (i.e. A/B testing, quasi-experimentation, statistical tests, Bayesian experimentation, etc.)

  • Apply creative analytical problem-solving skills to a wide variety of sales/marketing questions to deepen our understanding of campaign & funnel effectiveness, customer journeys, and go-to-market performance

  • Assist the business and management team in the decision-making process using data analysis

  • Understand business strategy and high-level roadmap and align analysis efforts to enable them with data insights and help achieve their strategic goals



  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in analytics working with large, complex, and multifaceted data sets

  • B.A. or B.S. in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, and/or Engineering Sciences

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects, competing priorities, and an evolving roadmap

  • Experience working with cleaning, manipulating, and visualizing data

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and proven ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Team player who understands the collaborative nature of this work with the ability to influence at C-suite level in a cross-functional environment

  • Experience using the following software/tools:

    • Relational Databases, including Postgres

    • Data pipeline and workflow management tools such as Airflow

    • AWS cloud services: RDS, Redshift

    • R or Python experience would be a plus but not required
